The orchard was established in 2007. The constant modernization of the plant or the distillery allows us to compete on the domestic market.
It is our special concern to supply our customers with high quality products.
For this reason, only fruits of the highest quality are used.
The mash is fermented in barrels in a temperature-controlled room. This releases the fine fruit aromas.
The art of the master distiller, the traditional Tyrolean distilling on copper equipment and the necessary maturation storage result in the typical "Fisser Edelbrand".
The distillation itself, is a game with the temperatures.
We have also been among the elite of Tyrolean schnapps distillers for several years. Our products have received several awards from the Tyrolean Chamber of Agriculture.
